The 2009 AMWUA State Legislative Water Policy Resolutions were adopted by the AMWUA Board of Directors on November 20, 2008. The resolutions concern water issues that may be considered by the Arizona State Legislature during the current session. They, along with corresponding Issue Papers, can be downloaded from the link on the right. Resolutions are not necessarily adopted each year, and not all resolutions are legislative. Non-legislative resolutions concern issues not currently being considered by the state legislature, but still of importance to AMWUA. Past resolutions and issue papers can also be downloaded from the links on the right of this page.
